Refund & Returns Policy 

Return Authorization & Process

• All returns require advance approval. Fill out Sega’s online return form and wait for confirmation. 

• Sega aims to review return requests within 2 working days. 

• Once approved, Sega will issue an Approved Goods Return Note (RMA). Do not return any goods before receiving the RMA. 

• Ship returns with the RMA clearly marked. Returns without RMA or authorization may be refused or incur penalty. 

Restocking & Service Charge

• A 20% service charge may apply for any items returned without prior authorization or RMA. 

Eligible Items & Conditions

• Returns are accepted for:

  1. Parts supplied in error

  2. Faulty/damaged goods

  3. Customer-ordered item in error (subject to restocking) 

• Items must be in their original condition, packaging, and include all components and documentation.

• Sega is not obligated to accept returns for custom, built-to-order, or specially modified items unless fault or damage is demonstrated.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, Sega will process the refund (minus restocking or service charges, and excluding original shipping).

• Sega reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are damaged beyond reasonable wear, missing parts, or returned without proper authorization.

Damaged or Defective Goods

• On receipt, inspect goods immediately.

• If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and take photos.

• Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.

• Sega may cover repair or replacement under warranty if defect is confirmed.

• Returned goods for warranty claims are subject to Sega’s carriage and shipping terms. 

Warranty & Repairs

• Sega provides a manufacturer warranty for new machines, parts, or components per standard warranty terms. 

• For warranty service, the customer may need to arrange return shipping and cover associated costs, unless otherwise specified under warranty.

• Replacement parts shipped under warranty often require return of defective parts within a specified timeframe (e.g. 14 days) or charges may apply.
