12‑Month Limited Warranty on products manufactured by Adrenaline Amusements, covering defects in manufacturing or production. Apparel items are excluded and subject to a 30‑day return period.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if eligible, and must be initiated through our customer support team.

Exchanges follow the same conditions and procedures as returns.

Processing time: Returns are confirmed within 3–5 days after Adrenaline HQ receives the package. Once accepted, reimbursements, exchanges, or store credits are issued within 2 days. Refunds typically take 5–10 days to appear, depending on the customer's bank or credit card provider.
Bandai Namco Arcade — Return, Refund & Warranty
Warranty Coverage (BNEA Limited Warranty)

Covers defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date.

BNEA will repair or replace the product or component, at their option, free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

Physical products must be unopened and in their original "new" condition (with all components, labels, and tags) to be eligible for return.

All returns must be processed through our Customer Support team—returns sent without proper labeling or instructions will be ineligible for refund or exchange.

If a product is software/ video game or a Collector’s Edition and the seal has been broken, you may no longer be eligible for a return or refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping return products back to the facility, including international returns (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska), unless stated otherwise by Customer Experience.

Digital product purchases (e.g., Steam keys) are final—non-refundable and non-exchangeable, once the digital code is delivered.

Storage Fees for Repairs

If repaired equipment is not claimed within 90 days after notice, a storage fee of $50 per calendar month applies.

If storage charges reach 100% of the item's replacement cost, Incredible Technologies reserves the right to resell the equipment to offset costs.

Arachnid 360 — Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
No Return for Heavy Freight Machines
Due to the substantial size, weight, and freight shipping requirements of machines like the Arachnid Galaxy / G3 / BullShooter series, these items are not eligible for returns once shipped. They require special handling, making returns impractical.
Damages & Defects
If your machine arrives damaged or defective, please do the following:

Inspect on delivery — before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), inspect the unit for visible damage.

Note damages on the Bill of Lading and refuse parts if severe.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and description of damage.

We will work with you and the freight carrier to file a claim and arrange repair or replacement parts as needed.
Return Shipping & Restocking

For units eligible for return (if any exception is granted), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee may apply (percentage determined case-by-case).

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition, fully boxed, and include all original parts and accessories.

Return shipments must have a provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the package.
Refund Processing

Champion Shuffleboard — Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
🚚 Shuffleboard Tables & Game Room Furniture
All Champion Shuffleboard tables are custom-built to order and shipped via freight. For this reason, tables are not returnable once an order has shipped. Please ensure you review all product details and specifications before placing your order.
📦 Delivery Inspection
When your shuffleboard table arrives:

Inspect upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.

If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.

Severe damage should be refused at delivery.

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and description.

Valley-Dynamo reserves the right to cancel outstanding RMAs after 30 days.

Return Policy – Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days. Customers are responsible for the freight charges and 15% – 35% restocking fee. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight and restocking fees. White Glove delivery is non-refundable. *Original packaging is required.
The return process is easy. Contact customer service to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please make sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original box. Product will not be accepted if it is returned improperly. Restocking fee and return shipping charge will be applied.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chairs for another model. The customers are responsible for return shipping fees and the possible 30% restocking fees. If the massage chair is defective at the time of delivery we’ll exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs with proves shown to headquarter office. If an exchange occurs in a non- defective chair, there is no option for a return. If you have exchanged a massage chair for a different model and still aren’t satisfied, you can either exchange the chair for a similar model of the same brand, or return the massage chair to receive a refund minus the shipping and restocking fees.
Warranty
Warranty period and condition may change due to the deal you agree on when you purchase the products. Open box warranty is also same. If we are having open box sale for 1 years warranty condition, standard warranty does not apply. ***All Openbox sales are final sale!***
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from KahunaChair or from one of our authorized distributors/resellers(Online &Offline). KahunaChair is a registered brand under the ownership of AJX Inc. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this warranty. In such cases, any replacement parts or units will need to be purchased.
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by: Normal wear and tear. b) Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. c) Unauthorized repairs or modifications. d) Natural disasters or other external causes.
All parts (including handheld remote controller) come with a one-month warranty.
WEAR AND TEAR is not covered under warranty. Animal damage, liquid damage, accidental damage etc.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped you will take responsible for any shipping charges.
Shipping
Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 business days, however due to weather and other conditions, delivery could take longer than usual shipping time up to 30 business days.
Price Match
At our website, we know that you work hard for your money, and spending it on anything is a big decision. If you’ve seen a lower price for the same product and can provide documentation within 14 days of the purchase date, not just during the holidays and excludes offers that include free items, warranty, special financing, rebates, limited quantity items, clearance items and limited-time exclusive offers. Stern Pinball — Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
Stern Pinball, Inc. (“Stern Pinball”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser that the following parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase:
Printed circuit boards (CPU, Node boards, LED boards, optical sensors)
LCD display
Power supply
Playfield assembly and associated parts
Backbox, backglass, cabinet, and legs
This warranty applies to both household and commercial use, except that for Home Edition models, commercial use is excluded. A machine purchased more than three (3) years after the date of manufacture is not covered under this limited warranty.

Warranty Remedies
Stern Pinball’s sole obligation under this limited warranty is, at its option, to repair or replace defective parts covered during the warranty period once returned and inspected. A valid RMA must be issued before any product is shipped back for warranty service.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Home Edition models used for commercial purposes
Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair
Damage from fire, flood, or other acts of God
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or finish variations
Consumable items (rubber rings, bulbs, decals, pinballs, etc.)
Damage from improper installation, shipping, or use of non-Stern parts
Limitations of Liability
Except as stated above, all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall Stern Pinball’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Returns & Refunds
Stern Pinball’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not guarantee refunds or accept general returns for non-defective products.
Stern Pinball machines may not be returned directly to Stern Pinball without prior written authorization and an approved RMA.
