Order Processing

After a customer places an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. We will process the order and add your shipping cost to the order within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed for products distributed through Betson and Carl’s Place typically arrive within 6–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery service.

Kahuna Chair products standard delivery time is 10 to 14 business days, however due to weather and other conditions, delivery could take longer than usual shipping time up to 30 business days.
