1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed before 7pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday.

2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, you can expect your items to be delivered within 6-9 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Most items are quoted individually after the order is placed. Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately based on the specific items ordered and their destinations.
