Refund & Returns Policy

No Return for Heavy Freight Machines

Due to the substantial size, weight, and freight shipping requirements of machines like the Arachnid Galaxy / G3 / BullShooter series, these items are not eligible for returns once shipped. They require special handling, making returns impractical.

Damages & Defects

If your machine arrives damaged or defective, please do the following:

1. Inspect on delivery — before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), inspect the unit for visible damage.

2. Note damages on the Bill of Lading and refuse parts if severe.

3. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and description of damage.

4. We will work with you and the freight carrier to file a claim and arrange repair or replacement parts as needed.

Return Shipping & Restocking

• For units eligible for return (if any exception is granted), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• A restocking fee may apply (percentage determined case-by-case).

• Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition, fully boxed, and include all original parts and accessories.

• Return shipments must have a provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the package.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed to meet the return eligibility criteria.

• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

• Return shipping costs, restocking fees, and damage claims may be deducted from the refund.

Warranty Support

While returns are not accepted for freight machines, we provide warranty support and replacement parts. If you experience a component failure or defect, we will coordinate repairs or parts shipments based on the machine’s warranty terms.
